Chinese food varies in different regions of China. Food in south China is prepared in a delicate way mainly with fresh seafood and vegetables. Noodles, buns and dumplings are typical northern Chinese food. Meats are cooked in a special way to maximize the natural taste of the food, such as Peking duck. Those food in western China are prepared with spicy seasoning and sauces. Here are some of the special cuisines nowadays that preserve the traditional style as well as refashion Chinese food in a modern way.
