The State of the Union Study Page Hypothesis #1: The annual State of the Union message delivered by the President of the United States will accurately report on the social conditions of the country at that time. Hypothesis #3: All claims based on statistical analysis made during State of the Union addresses can be verified by data contained within public documents. Hypothesis #4: All historical references made will be accurate.
