Boba tea with fresh fruit pieces

This recipe makes a healthy, great-tasting snack. It uses no actual tea but a mixture of fruit and milk.



1 cup fresh fruit


1/2 cup milk


1 cup ice

cooked tapioca pearls

1/3 cup tapioca

sugar syrup

2 Tbsp.
sugar syrup

Fresh fruit suggestions: strawberry, pineapple, mango, papaya, watermelon, coconut, banana, kiwi...anything you can imagine!

Makes 1 serving.


  1. Add the ice, milk, sugar syrup and fruit into a blender. Mix well until the ice is fully crushed and the fruit is no longer in big chunks.

  2. Put the cooked tapioca pearls in a tall glass.

  3. Pour the blended ingredients over the pearls.

  4. Add a nice, wide straw and enjoy!
