Spaghetti Squash and marinara

• 1 spaghetti squash
• Olive oil
• 1 dash Italian seasoning/fresh basil
• 2-3 Tomatoes
• 1 bulb Garlic

Cut a spaghetti squash in half and scoop out one half’s seeds just as you would a pumpkin. Drizzle with one tablespoon of olive oil. Place face down on a paper towel in the microwave for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, Sautee garlic cloves, minced or whole, in olive oil. Cut up two to three fresh tomatoes and put on medium high heat in sauce pan with garlic. Stir in fresh basil or whatever seasonings you have. Cook on medium for about 10 minutes until fragrant. Using a fork, scoop the vegetable out of the squash and see it turn into what looks like spaghetti. Place in a bowl and top with the sauce.
