Steak and mashed cauliflower

• 1 filet mignon steak
• salt, pepper, olive oil
• 1 bag frozen cauliflower
• cup milk (whole or skim)
• dash of garlic salt

Marinate one filet mignon cut of steak on each side with salt, pepper and olive oil. Grill on a grill pan 8-12 minutes for medium well. Meanwhile, heat up a bag of frozen cauliflower in the microwave and let cool. Once cool, place cauliflower in a blender with half a cup of milk (whole, skim or a mixture) and pepper and garlic salt (a dash of each). Once mixed well, transfer to serving dish
