I am more than a little obsessed with chicken pot pie. It's one of my favorite foods, and I make it at least once a month. This is a cheap and easy recipe that will satisfy your cravings any time.

How It's Done:

Start by cooking the chicken on the stove. I like to flavor it with a little bit of Italian Salad Dressing, but salt and pepper is fine too.

After the chicken is done,add the vegetables and the soup, stirring unntil smooth.


Cube the Velveeta and add it to the chicken, again waiting for the cheese to melt and sauce to be smooth. Pour into a baking dish.


Slice each bisuit in half. Top the pie filling with the bisuit halves so that the filling is mostly covered.


Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes, or until the topping is golden-brown.
