Vegan Cheesecake Recipe



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix tofu, soy milk, sugar, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and pour into pie crust.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
