Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Pour the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix.
  3. Add the oil, water and vinegar. Use an electric mixer to mix well - the mixture should be smooth with no lumps.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased cupcake tin and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the cupcake comes out clean.
