You'll need a few ingredients and supplies to make the meals that I've listed on this website. These ingredients and supplies are great to have because they can be used to make different, quick meals.
- Two frying pans: one that's about 9 inches wide, and the other should be about 18 inches wide.
- A small and large spatula
- A microwave oven
- A toaster oven
- Oregano leaves
- Garlic powder
- Turmeric (A spice used in most middle eastern foods that has great health benefits. Read more about it here.)
- Cinnamon (This is optional. My mom uses it in all of her dishes, so I do the same.)
- Vegetable oil
