The most important and neglected step to getting on the track to a healthy head of hair is establishing a regimen. In layman's terms, it is simply having a schedule for how you will care for your hair. Regimens may vary in style and you may have many in your arsenal whether it be a styling, washing or a cutting regimen. All in all, they should all contribute to the ultimate goal- length retention and a healthy scalp. The longer your hair gets the older it will be, and the more care it will require.
