Style is defined as a manner of doing something. Style isn’t limited to someone else’s technique or skill no matter how advanced or experienced they may be. Essentially style is approaching the task at hand and developing the best way to accomplish that task in whatever way you personally see fit. Style isn’t a matter of success or failure, or if it makes others happy or not. Style is internal and involves shaping your work around what you want successfully.
It can take more knowledge or a different skill sets to accomplish a style you want, but it’s up to you to decide what is and isn’t necessary.
