What to expect on race day
Put air in your tires the night before
Make sure you have air in your tires. It's easiest to do this the night before so you won't have to worry about it on race day.
Give yourself plenty of time to set up before the race. You will need to set up your transition station and have everything ready to go.
Just as you warm up before training, you need to warm up before your race. Get your muscles loose by going on a light jog and practice your stroke in the ocean.
Remember to enjoy the race. "You'll have more fun than you're allowed to have," says Will Harding, a TriGators coach.
