Strawberry Protein Smoothie

I love smoothies as a sweet and creamy treat for breakfast. However, if I don't have any protein, I am hungry for something else an hour later. I make sure to add protein to almost all my meals so I will feel satisfied hours after. This is one take on a great smoothie for breakfast, but experiment with your own favorite foods once you master this one.

Strawberry Protein Smoothie

Prep: 5 minutes

Own recipe Makes 1-2 servings

Ingredients

1 frozen banana, sliced or in halves

6 frozen strawberries

1 cup almond milk

3 oz. Fage greek yogurt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Protein Smoothie

1. Add fruit and milk into blender and blend for one minute.

2. Once incorporated, add yogurt and vanilla extract to taste.

3. Keep blending until fully mixed to your preference and enjoy.
