Honey-Glazed Salmon

Protein should also comprise at least 40% of your daily meals. Most people don't get thier protein from fish, but adding this recipe into your catalog will make it a staple! It's sweet and savory at the same time. Salmon is a very rich fish, so you don't need to eat too much to feel satisfied.

Honey-Glazed Salmon

Makes 3-4 servings


3-4 Salmon fillets

2 tablespoons stoneground mustard

2 tablespoons agave nectar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Honey-Glazed Salmon

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a small bowl, whisk mustard, agave nectar and lemon juice until fully combined.

3. Cover fillets with half of mixture and let sit for a few minutes.

4. Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil and cook in oven for 15 minutes.

5. Take salmon out of oven once fully cooked and drizzle with remainder of mixture before serving.
