Huffington Post blogger and developer of Inspired Eating Lisa Turner says about eating:

"It's important to understand, nutritionally speaking, which foods are most nourishing for your body. But at some point, you have to be your own expert, to be inspired by your intuition, your own body's wisdom, your passion for foods you love."

The point is, you don't have to eat leafy greens and grilled salmon every day. If you're craving french fries, your body probably needs some fat. So, just go with it.
