Chocolate Molten Lava Cake

Supplies & Ingredients:

  • 4 squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 6 tablespoons flour

Steps:

  1. Butter four small dishes that are safe for the oven.
  2. Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter in a microwaveable bowl until butter is melted.
  4. Whisk so that the chocolate is melted completely.
  5. Stir in sugar.
  6. Mix in eggs.
  7. Stir in flour.
  8. Scoop into small dishes.
  9. Bake 13 minutes, so that sides are firm and centers are soft.
  10. Cool for one minute.
  11. Place on plate.
  12. Enjoy!
