Supplies & Ingredients:
- 4 cups whole or skim milk
- 8 ounces chocolate
- 3 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Whipped cream
- Chop the chocolate into fine pieces.
- Heat the milk in a medium-size pot on low heat. Let it simmer.
- Whisk in vanilla, salt, powdered sugar and chocolate until chocolate is melted.
- Heat for five more minutes while stirring constantly.
- Top with whipped cream.
