Preview a Resumé

Creating a resumé can be one of the hardest parts of this long process. It's not the formatting or trying to remember all you've accomplished; It's the variety of requests. It is difficult because every company wants something different. Differnt majors advice different formats. Companies require specific headlines. The list is endless. Here, I have examples of different-formatted resumes. Each of these resumé's are from individuals with different majors.

A really solid and effective way to save time and solve this problem is creating one master resumé. It can be five pages or two. However, when applying to a specific job, you can pick and choose which prior experience the company will find important. By doing the appropriate research prior to the interview, it will be easier task.

Another important word of advice: Choose a PDF style format when sending this off to the potential employer. Attaching a resumé using the .Doc extension can make the format drastically change. The PDF ensures proper formatting.
