Hispanic culture is famous for many things. But when I think of all the years spent with my family, the picture that always comes to mind takes place in a kitchen. Whether it's my grandma making me breakfast before I went to school or my mother making the Christmas ham, food has been such a warm, memorable and enjoyable part of my Puerto Rican up-bringing.
