Lemon Poppyseed Cake

Ingredients:

1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Cake mix

1 package lemon instant pudding (4 serving box)

¾ cup oil

1 cup water

4 eggs

Juice of 1 lemon (more or less depending on how much citrus lemon flavor you want)

2-3 tablespoons poppyseeds

 

Icing:

2/3- 1 cup powdered sugar

add water to make it as runny or thick as desired

 

Directions:

Grease and flour bundt pan.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

 

Mix all ingredients.

 

Bake in bundt pan in 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

 

Allow to cool for ~10 min, then flip cake out of pan onto a plate.

 

Drizzle icing over warm cake.
