Step Three- Assembly:


Before you sew, make sure you are putting the correct pieces on the correct sides!

Similar sides should face each other. The wrong-side-out sides of both shirts should face outwards as you sew, so the seam will be hidden when you wear it. Sew up the backs of the shirts, then the fronts, all while the shirts are inside-out. You will turn them right-side-out when you are finished.

The same process works for the skirts. Remember to sew the correct sides together! I made sure the "gothic" shirt lined up with the "gothic" shirt when worn, and similarly lined up the "normal" blouse and skirt.
