The Phillips Center for Performing Arts

The Phillips Center is located on the Southeast edge of campus by the Harn and the Florida Natural History Museum and is the main stage venue to the University of Florida Performing Arts program. Performance events, such as speakers, dance companies, and Broadway national tours, are put on through out the month.

Student Government subsidizes the cost for UF student tickets, making the prices to the prestigious events at the Phillips Center discounted for students giving students easier access to the cultural arts. Ticket prices are dependent on expected student demand and will vary from each show. Be sure to go with friends when buying your ticket as you can only purchase one student ticket per person.

The 2010-2011 season of performance coming through the Phillips Center include the Broadway national tours of Fiddler on the Roof, Spring Awakening and A Chorus Line and is featuring speakers such as author David Sedaris.
