Accidentally Vegan

This is a PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, link to a blog-type entry containing everyday foods found in almost every grocery store that just happen to also be vegan like Oreos and Ritz crackers.

Caring Consumer

Another PETA site, this link allows you to search through cruelty-free companies by name or item you're looking for such as toothpaste or deodorant. The recently revamped their site, so this link is more annoying to navigate through, but it is still a good resource. This is where I start for all my cruelty-free needs. For instance, when I went vegan I used it to find what things I could not use and still use. Revlon, for example, doesn't test on animals and some of their items happen to be vegan too, like the eyeliner I was already using when I went vegan.

Post Punk Kitchen's Baking Tips

This site offers tips for vegan baking, like which egg replacers to use for whatever recipe you are trying. It is a good resource for new vegans so you don't have to go through the trial-and-error period of ruining a lot of food.

Vegetarian Wellness Vitamins and Supplements

An American company, Vegetarian Wellness offers vitamins, minerals, herbs and supplements for people with a variety of dietary challenges including vegans, vegetarians and our gluten-free friends. Prices are pretty reasonable and everything is well-labeled to make browsing and buying a breeze.
