Baked Ziti


Ziti pasta
One package of mozzarella cheese
Tomato sauce
Ground Beef


1.) First off, go ahead and set the oven to 350 degrees.

2.) Start boiling some water for the pasta. When it starts boiling, throw the pasta in.

3.) While the pasta is cooking, brown the ground beef in a skillet. I typically use half the package, so about ½ lb.

4.) Cut the mozzarella into cubes.

5.) When the pasta and meat finish cooking, drain both, then transfer them to your baking dish, along with the cheese.

6.) Pour the tomato sauce over the mixture, adding as much or as little as you want. The amount of sauce will determine how wet or dry the ziti is. I typically use about half of the jar.

7.) Mix everything together so that all the ingredients are fully covered in the sauce.

8.) Bake uncovered for half an hour.
