Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Parmesan

Chicken cutlets
Tomato sauce
2 or 3 eggs
Olive oil

1.) First, start boiling the water to cook the spaghetti in. Don't forget to add salt once it gets hot. Throw the pasta in the water once it's boiling. (By the way, I wanted to add that I'm aware the pasta in the photo is not spaghetti. I accidentally dropped the whole box of spaghetti on my kitchen floor, so I had to use fettuccine instead.)

2.) While the water is boiling, start preparing the chicken. To make the breading, you need to set up three stations. One for dipping the chicken in flour, one for the eggs and another for the breadcrumbs. By the way, I chose to use Italian breadcrumbs, but you can use plain breadcrumbs as well.

3.) Start by dipping each chicken cutlet in the flour. Make sure it is fully covered, then dip it in the egg. Next, dip it into the breadcrumbs and make sure it is fully coated.

4.) Pour some olive oil into a pan and turn it on medium to high heat. You want to make sure there is enough oil in the pan because it needs to fry the chicken.

5.) Once all the chicken is breaded, transfer each piece to the pan. Cook each piece until it's golden brown, and then flip it onto the other side.

6.) After all the chicken has cooked, place it on a plate with the spaghetti and pour the tomato sauce on top.
