The eternal question: "what should I make for dinner?" is a hard one to answer when you're in a rush. However, instead of reaching for that somewhat weak choice of a microwaveable dinner, why not make something quick, filling, and (the obvious) more delicious? I'm sure you're asking yourself, "but how? I'm in a rush, I need to get back to studying!" That's all fine and dandy, but making that late night trip to the kitchen because you're still hungry, isn't good. Dinner, alongside breakfast and lunch, is important, and since you won't be eating until the morning next, you might as well feed yourself well. Now, that doesn't mean you have to cook five-star, ten course meals! That's just ridiculous. The meals that will be made by you, with my help, are simple, cheap, and filling. Perfect for the student with little time and money.

Finished Ropa Vieja

Look at that beautiful plate of Ropa Vieja! "Old Clothes" doesn't have to taste so bad after all! (Just kidding! Those aren't old clothes! It's shredded beef in a simple tomato sauce with onions, green peppers, and green olives served over white rice)
