Group Fitness at the University of Florida has become one of the nation's largest and most recognized programs. With more than 125 various classes throughout the year, there is something for everyone's taste and schedule. Classes span over 13 hours a day.


Group Fitness instructors are certified, ensuring a quality workout. And don't worry, you don't have to be aerobically-experienced to attend a class. Instructors incorporate modifications for all fitness levels, allowing a personal workout experience for everyone.


Group Fitness classes are offered at both Southwest Recreation Center and Student Recreation & Fitness Center. Both facilities offer a variety of classes ranging from indoor to outdoor, strength to dance, mind/body, cycling and cardio. Whether you like a fast-paced cardio workout or a relaxing experience like yoga, you will find what you are looking for with Group Fitness.
