As a Gator, the University of Florida offers many opportunities for you to stay in shape. On campus, there are two gym facilities free of service for all students. These facilities are equipped with exercise machines as well as knowledgeable staff members that are there for assistance. Aside from exercising, you must also know how to follow a healthy diet rather than being sucked into the common college fast-food way of life.
