My uncle introduced this wine to me the night I arrived and I knew immedieately it would be one of the three. It was a Cabernet Sauvignon which, my uncle says, tends to produce stronger, more intense flavored wines. With the Morande, I felt like I was eating chocolate. I said this aloud and my uncle laughed; apparently the comment made me sound like a real-life, snooty sommelier (a wine expert). On Morande's website it suggests pairing this wine with "red meats, hearty casseroles, game and mature cheeses." Morande's vinyards literally dot Chile's coasts and countrysides from end to end. The following video shows some very beautiful parts of the country where these vinyards are located. Enjoy.
