My name is Megan Schaub and I will graduate from the University of Florida in December 2007 with a degree in Journalism. Although I do not have concrete plans for after I graduate, I hope my future includes travel, great food, photography, winning lottery tickets and SEC football.

I am originally from Sarasota, Fla. I came to UF in 2003 and fulfilled my life long dream of becoming a Florida Gator. I am a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, National Association of Professional Photoshoppers, National Press Photographers Association, Pi Chi 2006 and Publication Chair for the Panhellenic Recruitment Executive Board 2006.

I chose to create a Web site about Florida Duck hunting after my younger brother became interested in it. Coming from a family that has not hunted in the past, my brother had to start from scratch. I watched as he searched many pages on the internet to find basic information about the sport. I hope that this site can provide that information to both new hunters and hunters new to Florida.
