Espresso's popularity grew in the United States in the 20th Century, but it has always been a big part of Hispanic Americans' everyday life.
After interviewing a few of my family members and friends, I found some Hispanics drink coffee when they wake up, after lunch, before bed or whenever they get the craving for it. Interviewees also said they grew up drinking coffee with milk from a young age and continue to do so as adults.
This site focuses on these interviewees, their coffee lifestyles and how it began. You will find facts about espresso, helpful demonstrations and books, and a variety of pictures. There are also recipes on how to make espresso and how to make espresso-based drinks.
ENJOY!
