Cheetahs
The cheetah is a large cat found mostly in eastern and southern Africa. This cat is the fastest land mammal over short distances. Cheetahs can run up to 70 miles per hour. The cheetah has a slender body, long legs and a small head. The male cheetah is usually larger than the female cheetah. They usually have a yellowish-brown coat with black spots, except for the throat and underparts, which are white with black spots. The cheetah usually hunts by day. They hunt their prey by stalking it and then use their speed to catch it.
