Methodology

I computed my information by evaluating two-way communication with 1999 Forbes 500 company websites. I did this by content analysis of 15 different variables on the companies webpages. These variables included ranking, date visited, website presence, contact e-mail, interactive links, survey, keyword search, subscription option, PR page, employee opportunity links, revenue and number of employees in the company. I ranked 80 different companies, every sixth company, starting with the third ranked company.
