Marketing & Publicity

This is how the word on the event gets out. This committee must contact all the local media outlets and info them of our event and establish media agreements to get air time or ad space in exchange for sponsorship opportunities. When exciting fundraisers are taking place it is the responsibility of the marketing and publicity committee to make sure that the local media is there to write stories or document the occurrences on video for television.
