Boy or Girl?
Decide if the shoe box you are preparing is for a boy or a girl.
Age?
Decide if you a making a box for a child 2-4 years old, 5-9 years old or 10-14 years old. If you can't decide, make a shoe box for a 10-14 year old. They are always in short supply.
Where to shop?
- Dollar stores: Fill up a cart of inexpensive items at your favorite dollar store. Start with The Dollar Tree and Family Dollar.
- Walmart: Because Walmart has everything.
- Anywhere in Bulk: Buy that 24-pack of Playdoh and mass produce your shoe boxes.
