Find out which group of doctors you report to at the infirmary.

This will cut down on the time it take to make an appointment. The infirmary is always crowded, so knowing where you're supposed to be can really make the process of getting checked out run smoothly.

Find a nice place to run and have outdoor time.

It's important to spend time outside and UF has a beautiful campus. Whether you live in a dorm, a fraternity house or and off-campus apartment, you'll find that there are plenty of great places to take a stroll and get some fresh air.

Develop a workout schedule

College can become overwhelming and you'll need to have time to blow off steam in a healthy and productive way. The university boasts a variety of gyms, pools and workout rooms to stay fit. It will be important to find time for working out. Once you begin to get heavily involved in classes and other activities, you will be glad that you made time for working out in advance.
