Introduction

I have a great appreciation for cultures, religions and societies that are alien to the typical westerner. The richness of a culture that is thousands of years older than my own intrigues me.

Throughout Africa, South American and the Caribbean there are religious beliefs such as Obeah, Rastafarianism and Voodoo that have been subjected to criticism by people who know little of the unwritten history and evolution of the belief.

I have created this Web site to shed light on some of the beliefs involved with Feng Shui, “the art and science of understanding the forces of nature in order to design houses and workplaces that blend with the environment instead of clashing with it.” 1
