get Tokyo's current weather forcast Varying throughout its four distinct seasons, Tokyo’s weather is a mixture of tropical and subtropical climates. The famous peach, plum and cherry blossoms mark the beginning of spring from April to May. City dwellers often face sweltering conditions from June to August, as summer in Tokyo is notoriously hot and humid, with occasional rainfall. The weather continues to change in the fall season from September to early November, where there is always the slight possiblilty of typoons that bring strong winds and rain. Luckily, the winter months from late November to March are mild and characterized by low humidity and light snow.
