Riboflavin
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is used during endurance exercise to help breakdown carbohydrates and fats for energy. Research on women shows that riboflavin levels are lowered after just 30 minutes of exercise, therefore it's important that you're getting the RDA each day (1.3 milligrams for women). Riboflavin can be found milk, yogurt and other dairy products. Breads, cereals, and other grain products are also good sources. (7)
