- HB35 Pre-K Early Intervention Program: requires Florida Partnership for School Readiness to develop legislation to expand prekindergarten early intervention program to provide access to all 4-year old children at no cost to children's parents. Amends 230.2305.
- HB49 Felon's Right to Vote: constitutional amendment to authorize Legislature to provide conditions under which convicted felons' right to register or vote may be restored by statute.
- HB51 Former Felon's Right to Vote: creates "Citizens' Empowerment Act;" provides for automatic restoration of former felons' right to vote following completion & satisfaction of sentence of incarceration & community supervision; provides conditions for such automatic restoration; amends specified provisions to conform.
- HB69 Drugs/Generic & Brand-Name: requires removal of specified drugs from negative formularly for generic & brand-name drugs established in specified provision; provides that act does not amend existing law.
- HB79 Transportation Disadvantaged TF: imposes fee for registration of certain trucks, trailers & motorcycles & for tag transfers & temporary tages to be deposited into Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Fund.
- HB179 Child Care Facilities: requires CFS Department to establish database of information regarding violations, citations, & penalties imposed against child care facilities regulated by state; specifies database capabilities & uses of information contained therein.
- HB 421 Mental Health Treatment/Adults: directs CFS Department to develop & implement pilot project to provide client-directed & choice-based mental health treatment & support services to certain adults; requires independent evaluation; provides evaluation criteria; requires reports; provides for expiration.
- HB 427 Homelessness: creates State Office on Homelessness within CFS Department; creates Council on Homelessness; revises definition of "homeless child" for purposes of Florida School Code; requires school districts to make reasonable efforts to remove policies that create barriers to enrollment of homeless students; provides temporary exemption from required immunizations prior to school attendance for homeless children, etc.
