What is convergence?
Webster defines it as: "To come together at a point, to move or
be directed toward each other or toward the same place, purpose, or result."

In this age of multimedia technology we are constantly bombarded with new high-tech "gizmos" that retailers say are "must-haves" to survive in the 21st Century. Along with your Palm Pilot, your 2-way, your cell phone, and your laptop, one has to have access to the Internet, e-mail, and who can live without their Comedy Central, CNN, and HBO. All this technology can be a bit pricey. Luckily the computer nerds of the world are finding new ways everyday to streamline this whole mess and line their pockets in the process.

This website poses the question; corporate convergence, good for the people or the corporations?
