Before you pitch the yeast, shake it.

Add the yeast to the wort, then swil the carboy around to allow the yeast to arate.

Then cap the carboy.

Keep the carboy in a dark place, at a temperature as close to 70 degrees as possible. As the beer ferments, you should hear the water in the seal bubbling. In 7-10 days, you'll be ready to bottle.
