Turkey and Hummus Wrap

This is a great lunch that's easily portable. Wrap it in some foil, throw it in your backpack and you're ready to go.


  • 2 tbsp. of hummus
  • 5-6 thin slices deli turkey
  • Whole-wheat wrap or tortilla
  • lettuce and tomato

Prep time: 4 min.

  1. Spread the hummus on one third of the wrap (near the edge.)
  2. Add slices of turkey, lettuce, and tomato on one half of the wrap.
  3. Fold two of the edges toward the center, on top of the sandwich fixings.
  4. Grasp the edge with the turkey, then roll toward the other edge.
  5. Eat.
