From Summer 2006 through Fall 2007 I interned at 760 ESPN Radio in West Palm Beach. I got quality experience in almost every aspect running a sports radio station. From helping produce Palm Beaches' Gameday with Evan Cohen every afternoon to setting up remote broadcasts and covering events myself, I did everything during my time at ESPN Radio. By the time I left I was the station's primary Florida Panthers reporter, covering home games every week. Below are some demos from my time at the station.
Sports Center updates are 760 ESPN Radio's primary means of keeping listeners informed between live game broadcasts and sports talk programming.
My station syndicated Florida Panthers broadcasts, so we would take the post game show from the network itself and then go straight back to ESPN Radio's national feed. The following is my take on a 760 version of a Panthers wrap-up show.
