I primarily used the Joy of Cooking and FoodNetwork.com in compiling this site, but I've checked out the sites below and the advice, tips and recipes they give seem like they could be helpful. I realize some people might associate Better Homes and Gardens and Good Housekeeping magazines with their mothers, but their Web sites have some good recipes and advice.
FoodNetwork.com has a massive stock of recipes. You can search by keyword, difficulty level and by ingredient.
