Green Tea

Although, arguably it is not the most healthy tea in existence, it is the most healthy, most available, most cost effective and best tasting type of tea. Unless you are drinking an excess of 16 cups of green tea a day, there is no way to drink too much, and who can argue with such an easy way to fight off disease? If you are looking for an all-around great tea to make you feel good, the best choice is definitely green tea.
