The Vintage Uniform

The capped off their record setting undefeated season by winning the Super Bowl and finishing the season at 17-0.

The Dolphin's jerseys have had only minor changes since their existence. The Dolphin's helmet is white and features a dolphin wearing a white helmet jumping through an orange sun shaped ring. The home jerseys have always been teal with white numbers, and orange trim.

Current Uniform

In 1997, the Dolphins made a few minor modifications to update the dolphin and their jerseys. A dark blue accent color was added to the scheme. The blue accent can be found in the details of the dolphin and in the accents of the numbers on the jerseys.

The Miami Dolphins have retired the flowing jerseys: #12 Bob Griese, #13 Dan Marino, and #39 Larry Csonka.
