Tiger Shores is best reached by following East Ocean Boulevard from downtown Stuart. After the two bridges, stay on the road as it turns north. You will pass Stuart Beach on the right. The entrance to Tiger Shores is less than a mile.

From A1A, a giant blue sign marks the entrance and welcomes you to this public beach access. Tiger Shores has plenty of sandy parking spaces and a shower to clean off with.

There is no bathroom here. Use the ocean or drive south to Stuart Beach.

Fishermen frequent this beach. Typically a fisherman pounds a piece of PVC pipe into the sand, casts their bait into the surf and uses the pipe as a rod holder.

If you plan on fishing, bring along a few cold ones. Make sure to have cans. Glass bottles are illegal on Martin County beaches.

Since it’s less crowded than the nearby Stuart Beach, Tiger Shores is also a great place to come with groups.
