Cuba is located between the Caribbean Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean and is 150 km south of Key West, Florida.

The climate consist of a tropical habitat, and is mostly flat with a few rolling plains and contains rugged hills in the southeast.

Cuba's natural resources are cobalt, nickel, iron ore, copper, manganese, salt, timber, silica, petroleum, and arable land.

The east cost of Cuba faces natural disasters such as hurricanes in the months of August to October, droughts are also common.
