All across the world right now, there are thousands of people sitting at computers, checking statistics, adjusting rosters, devising trades, and mocking their competition on message boards. These people are participants in the ever-growing online community of fantasy sports. The most popular of fantasy sports is easily football, with scores of sites scattered throughout the Internet dedicated to not only providing the game, but disseminating all sorts of facts and figures, aimed at helping the most adamant of team owners stay on top of their leagues.

Each year, fantasy football gets bigger. More people catch on. New leagues open up. Larger prizes are offered. Advances in online capabilities provide new and exciting ways to play with each new season. Television shows, DVDs, and magazines are released specifically for the fantasy football fanatic.
